The search for the Filipino talent worthy of becoming the countrys FIRST true pastry master.
The first pastry and bakery arts school in the country, the Academy of Pastry and Bakery Arts Philippines, has an advocacy to achieve. Its about giving pastry chef aspirants who cannot afford to pay for a good pastry arts education a chance to live their dreams. The Academys illustrious roster of world renowned Pastry Masters will be participating in the project.
All of them are gathered together with one vision to UPLIFT THE FILIPINO PASTRY CHEF by grooming a FIRST FILIPINO PASTRY MASTER.
They could be working in local community bakeries, mothers, or anybody who is passionate about baking and pastry.

JFA was awarded the title: Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France en Septembre 2000 patisserie confiseries, which makes him one of the Best Chefs of France for Pastry and Confectionary.
He worked as Executive Pastry Chef in Michelin Star restaurants and hotels all over the world.
He is the Managing Director of the Academy.
He is an award-winning Pastry Chef, who worked with some of the world’s top hotel chains such as the Oberoi Resorts and The Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
He has been opening team member of many luxury hotel and resorts in India. He is very well traveled and trained under some of the great Pastry Chefs, MOF & World Champions.
